6.00   am : Registration of participant and t-shirt  
                  collection starts

7.30   am : Arrival of Tesco’s  SLT  members

7.45   am : Arrival of Guest of Honors and VVIPs

8.00   am : Cheerleader Performance

                 Group Exercise

8.15   am : Flag off Participants

8.30   am : Goodie Bags Distribution commences till 
                  end of event

9.30   am : Arrival of participants

10.00 am : Prize Presentation

                  Lucky Draw

10.30 am : Ends

 3.4 km walk n hunt

 Target participant – maximum  4,000

 Fee – Free for Tesco staff, RM15 for adults and RM10 for student (7-17 years)

Upon registration at the stores, customers will receive :-

 Receipt coupon for T-shirt collection & lucky draw 

 FREE 100 Clubcard Points

Upon registration on event day customers will receive:-

After completing the walk customers will receive:-

 Goodie Bag

 Certificate of Participation 

 Participant form is available at ALL Klang 

Valley Tesco Stores

 There will be fun and games at the event plus a 

     special lucky draw for all participants irregardless 

     if they join the walk on event day 

 Children  below 7 years are free entry but 

    will not be eligible for t-shirt and lucky draw

A) Walk n Hunt:
1st Prize :  1 year Grocery Supply from Tesco 
(Limit to RM4,800 per year in the form of Tesco Gift Vouchers)
2nd Prize :  50,000 Clubcard Points
 3rd Prize :  30,000 Clubcard Points 

Consolation Prizes :  50 x 1,000 Clubcard Points

Criteria to win the prizes :
 The winners are selected based on fastest completion of the walk and with the most accurate      
    answers

B) Group Sign Up Incentive
 FREE 1 x 4R Photo : photos to  be taken on event day
Criteria to get the FREE Photo :
 First 500 teams who report to the Registation Booth on event day gets a FREE Photo 
Coupon so they can get 1x4R photo print for FREE.
